Hunter Business Group Completes Implementation of PRMS with Baxter Healthcare

 Cherry Hill New Jersey, August 11, 2003….

Hunter Business Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of the PRMS Project at Baxter Medication Delivery’s Cherry Hill facility.  The project began earlier this year as a result of Baxter Healthcare’s acquisition of a Wyeth Pharmaceutical facility in Cherry Hill, Jersey.  This project also included a significant Process Re-engineering effort needed to be completed with a tight time-table.

“We chose Hunter Business Group because of their many years of experience in working with the PRMS environment as well their expertise in Business Process Alignment” says Scott Schulz, Director of Operations, Medication Delivery’s Round Lake facility.  “The Hunter consultants worked out extremely well.  I was impressed by their ability to relate to our specific issues and provide real world examples to educate our staff.  Baxter could not have completed this project within the timeline without Hunter”

Hunter Business Group Implements e-training sessions for Fishery Products International

Toronto, November 30, 2003….

Fishery Products International (FPI) is an integrated seafood company engaged in harvesting, processing, global sourcing, and marketing a wide selection of quality seafood products. Through their two business units, the Marketing & Value Added Group and the Primary Group, FPI markets value added and primary seafood to food service, retail, and industrial customers throughout North America and internationally.

With locations in both the United States and Canada, FPI faced a quandary to provide APICS training to staff members without incurring significant travel expenses by bringing the staff members to one location.   In addition, training was going to have to be done over an extended period of time and individual staff members still needed to be available to do their jobs.

Hunter Business Group provided the answer by offering a series of e-training utilizing WebEX to provide interactive real-time Web meetings that allowed Hunter Business Group Consultants to train FPI Staff members at their convenience without disrupting their normal routine and allowed them to return to their jobs immediately.

"FPI has used WebEX for internal meetings for quite sometime, so we were familiar with its benefits. However we were very impressed with Hunter's ability to provide solid training sessions online. I was particularly impressed with Hunter's ability to remotely interact with the audience and address questions immediately from our staff" says Trudy Moulton, IT Manager, FPI. "We were so pleased with the outcome and feedback from our initial training sessions that we expanded our requirements and have retained Hunter for additional training sessions"

Hunter Business Group Completes PRMS Implementation for Rusch Inc. Nuevo Laredo, Mexico Facility… 

Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, November 30, 2003….

Rusch Inc. supplies a broad range of invasive and noninvasive, disposable and reuseable devices to the urology, anesthesiology, gastroenterology and respiratory care markets in North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean.

Opening a new facility in Nuevo Laredo Mexico, Rusch needed to implement the PRMS ERP system into this plant.  A longtime user of PRMS in its other facilities, Rusch wanted to bring the same functionality to Nuevo Laredo.  An additional  challenge lied in training new staff on the various PRMS modules in Spanish. Hunter Business Group was retained because of our expertise in implementing PRMS into new facilities
